I used to love coming here, but now not so much. I'm not sure what's changed, but the service was terrible and our table of 7 waited over an hour for cold food. They weren't busy and they weren't understaffed. I'm not usually very picky, but wow I was not satisfied with anything here tonight. Also, the fries were white 🤢.

My husband and I used to go here every Wednesday night for all you can eat chicken. It got to be overcooked and dry. We decided to stop going out to eat so much after I had surgery. We started going here only about a few times a month and we now go on Sunday nights, because there not as busy. Anyway, the first few times we got pizza it was great, tonight we got pizza and steak! The pizza was undercooked and overloaded with sauce. My husband's steak was way too salty and so tough you couldn't cut it! The waitress nicole, is usually friendly, but not tonight! Totally rude! Probably will not be going back unless things change!

The stingers (pictured) are my favorite meal in town. Food and service is always consistently high quality. If you aren't going for the buffalo chicken, there's plenty of other great options on the menu. Great local spot worth supporting

Our food was good, next time will try the blooming onion! Loaded mashed potatoes were HEAVENLY. 10/10 recommend those!!! My spicy chicken sandwich with their sauce wasn't good at all. Chicken quality really sucked which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. STOP BUYING CHEAP FATTY CHICKEN!

Food and service was very good.

Average food. Prime rib was a bit over cooked and tasted a little smoky. We didnt care for that smoke taste. Philly cheese steak was good but I prefer onions and green peppers sauteed so they aren't crunchy. Some other things noticed servers eating while working, some kitchen staff had long hair not pulled back. Floor to bathrooms were sticky so probably cleaned with dirty water and mens bathroom needed mopped as there was puddles in front of urinals.

Love love this place always friendly clean the food is amazing-!!!! and I can have a drink with lunch or dinner while watching sports games with my guy. A very home town feel. 5 stars❤

I am a huge fan of their fried cauliflower!! It's the best I've had in many years. I've never had a complaint and I've been coming for years. Great service, great food!

Food is very good. Service sucks. Shouldn't take so long to get drink refills. We've been a couple different times and the service has never gotten better.

The service was great and prices fair. The portions are above average and the food is simple. Solid choice if you are picking a place to go in Burlington. The dish I had (Monterey Chicken Sandwhich) tasted bland because the breading didn't have seasoning and I could not taste the bacon. Atmosphere is good for a family meal, but it's not too nice to wear jeans.

Came in at 8pm on a Tuesday evening, with a party of 7. Service was quick and excellent, food came out in a timely fashion. We ordered a couple of large pizzas and 3 kids meals, and they were delicious!! We will definitely be back.

We've been here several times over the years but today we had exceptional service from our waitress, Talia. She was very attentive and kind. She's the first waitress to have ever offered us dessert after our meal. I didn't even know that they had dessert here. In the past our food has always been good but the service has been mediocre but today we finally had an awesome waitress along with good food!

Dinner was great! Shrimp was awesome. Ordered a hot roast beef sandwich to go and it was very slim for the money they charged. 8 bucks I could have gotten a better one at Subway.

Food was ok but we had to wait forever for any move our server made. Drinks to forever. Checking on us took forever. She would leave to get plates and napkins and then didnt even bring them to us. When she came back to check on us we had to ask a second time. 3 people had their food like 10 minutes before the 4th person. We really left disappointed.

Everywhere is still practicing social distancing. So our group was right at the limit and the waitress a Great!

Placed 2 orders for take out on a Wednesday night, which is all chicken you can eat. Took 10 minutes to place the order because the gentlemen that answered the phone had to ask the staff the questions I asked him. He read back to me what I ordered only having half of it correct. Now granted I understand that it is a to go order. But I think I deserved more then a chicken leg and 2 wings in 1 box and 1 leg and 1 breast in the other. We ordered loaded baked potato we didn't get our sour cream. We ordered side salads with cheese. I got 4 ranch no salad. I called them when I saw my dinner. Explained to bartender what took place. She said she leave me gift certificate behind counter. Go in to get it a couple weeks later and she wasn't at work yet. No certificate. Finally after I explain ed it to 2 different gals got a $6.00 certificate. Wasn't worth my time.

Popular family restaurant that offers a wide variety of American food. On the night we went both the restaurant tables and bar area seemed full. Nice place to have a reasonably priced meal.

All was great! Food, service, price, ambience. Only suggestion would be to greet/acknowledge people coming in the door.

Went on a Wednesday for all you can eat chicken, was dried out, over cooked. When asked for more we got a tiny plate with a wing two legs and a thigh. Then the waitress promptly brought us the check as an invitation as if asking us to leave....will not be back!!!!

The staff was friendly. Restrooms were dirtier than I like. I DIDN'T like the cheeseburger. How do you mess up a cheeseburger? I tried the jalapeno corn nuggets, they too were overcooked. The Bloody Mary's were not impressive either. Kind of a disappointing experience. Will not be back.
